Students will explore circumference, diameter and radius and use solve circle related problems.

Students will explore 3D shapes and identify specific properties.

Students will create different 3D shapes from nets.

Students will locate and plot coordinates on a 4 quadrant grid and go on a ‘treasure hunt’.

Students will plot coordinates to make 2D ‘space friend’ shapes.

Students will translate shapes on a grid to hide an otter’s royal artefacts.

Students will reflect shapes across vertical and horizontal mirror lines.

Students will describe translations and reflections to visit sites on a ‘tour’ map.

This is a summative assessment that covers the key objectives from this geometry unit.
